Overview

At Sesatech, we understand that information, innovation, and sustainability are guaranteed in our journey.

We are building our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Program with the aim of transforming our values into concrete actions, connecting our technical implementation to the construction of a more ethical, secure, and responsible future.

Our commitment to ESG goes back to the discussion: it starts with the strategy, culture, and the way we conduct our business. We work side-by-side with clients, partners, and companies to generate a positive impact across environmental, social, and corporate governance dimensions.

Environmental (E - Environment)

Now that we are a service sector company, we recognize that our role reduces environmental impacts. Therefore, we will promote:

Policy for electronic waste reduction and supplies disposal;

Preferential use of digital platforms, minimizing material impact;

Promotion of telecommuting and remote meetings, reducing carbon costs;

Stores with bakers who respect the basic products;

Monitoring emissions in our operations and relationship with customers and orders.

Social (S - Social)

Technology is a powerful tool for social transformation. We made an agreement on social networks, if translated:

Professional training projects in cybersecurity for youth in situations of vulnerability;

We value diversity, equality, and inclusion in our work environment;

Active participation in digital and cyber education projects;

Internal mental health, well-being, and quality of life programs for employees;

Alongside volunteer initiatives and occasionally recommended social causes.

Governance (G - Governance)

At Sestech, governance is the foundation for ensuring the integrity of all our actions. Our practices include:

Ethics and compliance policy applied to all areas of the company;

Clear risk management and internal controls framework;

Data protection and privacy policy (in accordance with LGPD and GDPR);

ESG Committee with participation from leadership and the GRC, Legal, and Marketing areas;

Regular monitoring of ESG indicators and conducting internal audits.
